ideal location beautiful design complimentary mini bar unclear entrance underwhelming lobby curt receptionist
the location was IDEAL , very close to the central sights yet secluded enough for peace. our room featured beautiful design and superb finish. i ADORED the complimentary mini bar and coffee machine, refreshed daily.
the entrance was not CLEAR , i passed it twice. upon entering, the lobby seemed underwhelming and deserted. the receptionist lacked warmth and gave curt responses. there was no genuine interest in my stay.

absent staff dirty coffee machine
The lack of staff presence was noticeable. the hotel uses whatsapp for most communication, there is no real reception. the coffee machine in the room also was not cleaned. It had visible limescale.

ideal spot wonderful restaurants
The location was superb. I walked to all major attractions easily. nearby restaurants provided wonderful dining options. the staff were friendly. the rooms have lovely decor.
the all-glass bathroom wall in my room was not ideal for couples. using the bathroom at night while my partner was sleeping caused light disruption.

the hotel is beautiful. it is close to the central sights but far enough to feel peace and quiet. a lift provides easy access. air conditioning is available.

Issues with the Suite
lack of assistance opaque door
The suite was spacious and the location was central.
The lack of assistance with luggage upon arrival was quite frustrating. We were sent to another building and had to manage stairs. There wasn't an elevator there. The opaque bathroom door was awkward. It did not provide enough privacy.
